Can I get a refund?
Refunds, invoices and licensing are handled by Shopify, because the theme is sold on the Theme Store. You can try any Halfspeed theme for free in your editor before paying, so test it thoroughly first.
How do updates work?
Updates are free for as long as the theme exists. Shopify shows an Update banner in Online Store → Themes. Your settings and content are kept; code edits you made yourself are not carried over.
Can I use one purchase on two stores?
One purchase covers one store. That is Shopify’s license, not ours. A second store needs a second purchase.
Do you do custom work?
Sometimes, for merchants on our themes. Write to sales@halfspeed.studio with your store and what you need. We’ll say yes, no, or point you to someone good.
Do you help with Lighthouse scores?
Yes, if the theme is the cause. Apps you’ve installed are the usual culprit; we’ll tell you which ones, and what they cost in milliseconds.
